Callie Dyer

Callie Dyer was hired in March 2017 as the Executive Director of Finney County Community Health Coalition, Inc. Prior to her promotion, she was the Assistant Director of Community Health and administered the KDHE 1422 grant focused on preventing obesity, diabetes, and heart disease and stroke and oversaw the Healthy Community Initiative a grant through the Kansas Health Foundation. Callie’s professional history is rich in effectively working with diverse populations and organizations, working first with juvenile offenders at the Southwest Kansas Regional Juvenile Detention Center as Assistant Director and then as the Director of the Finney County Convention and Tourism Bureau and Leadership Garden City. She was in the first cohort of the Kansas Health Foundation Master Facilitator Program and has developed a juvenile justice foster care program through the Kansas Juvenile Justice Authority. Her experience has lent itself to developing many valuable relationships with policy makers at the state level and she continually serves her community by advocating for the programs that serve those around her.
