Beth has worked in Kansas public health since 2015. After earning both a bachelor’s and master’s in anthropology, she began her public health career at Kansas Department of Health and Environment in the Bureau of Health Promotion, working on chronic disease risk reduction, as well as hypertension and diabetes prevention and control through the development and support of the Kansas Community Health Worker Coalition. As a Quality Improvement Consultant for Kansas Foundation for Medical Care, Beth continues to improve health and health care for Kansas residents. Beth believes that everyone should have the opportunity to achieve health and well-being in a culturally accessible way.
