Dennina (Dee) Collins was born and raised in independence KS and currently resides in Coffeyville KS which located in southeast Kansas. Dennina is currently a Community Health Worker for a managed care company in the state of Kansas and has been in case management for the last 15 years working as a care manager, care coordinator for the HCBS Home Community Base Waiver program frail and elderlphysical disabled and brain injury waivers. Dennina brings a broad and diverse background in many areas Dennina has been an LPN for 25 years she holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from Wichita State University and a master’s in healthcare administration from University of Phoenix.  Dennina is truly a forever learner and has passion help others to live and thrive physically, mentally, and spiritually she is a natural motivator and encourager. Dennina is the mother of 3 Adult Children Wesley, Tyler and Shonase and Grandma to 3 grandchildren.
